We will have a class discussion. Create an outline to organize your thoughts. The outline should cover all of the following points:

  • Should it be legal to sell these drinks? Is it ethical? What is the difference between legal and ethical?
  • Do you feel that this drink could lead to drug abuse? Does it encourage drug use?
  • If the product is legal, is it fair for a group to try to ban it? What is the most that people can ethically to get a product out of their neighborhood?
  • Here is the logo for the drink. Who is the target audience? Be specific about what aspects of the logo suggest the audience. How is the text handled?
  • If you were a graphic designer asked to create a logo for this product, would you accept the job? Why or why not?
